How to Order

Our e-commerce based website is user friendly, streamlined and transparent. Shopping is made easy with 3 simple steps:

  • Select your products and add to your shopping cart
  • Continue shopping or checkout
  • Proceed to payment

Select your products and add to your shopping cart

Items can be selected from 'Products' tab on the navigation bar located on the left hand side of the page or by clicking on the ‘Products’ tab located along the green coloured horizontal menu bar. If you hover the cursor over the  'Products' tab you will reveal all the product categories available making it easy to navigate straight to the group of products you need.

Click on the desired product and enter the quantity required. Then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button and the product will be added to your cart. Your cart will be displayed on the top right of the page along with the number of items selected and cart value.

Continue shopping or checkout

Once you have selected the product you wish to order you can continue shopping or choose to check out. To check out, simply click on ‘Shopping Cart’ on the top right and you will be directed to a page which will display an itemised list of your selected items. When you are ready to proceed with payment for the items in the shopping cart, just click the ‘Check Out’ button.

If you logged into your account before you commenced shopping, your details will be automatically displayed and you can proceed to making payment for your order.

Otherwise, when you click on the ‘Check Out’ button you will be prompted to either login with your username (email address) and password for existing customers or create a new account by selecting the ‘Login’ button or quick check out. Proceed to Payment

Once you have confirmed your billing and shipping details you will be provided with a payment option of your choice. We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer / Bank Deposit), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. When payment has been processed and your order has been accepted, you will receive an email with your Tax Invoice specifying your invoice / order number and itemised list of all products purchased.

Our ordering system is so convenient and practical that you can view past orders online, print or save previous orders, repeat a previous order and add or remove items as you like.
